CHEF SPECIAL TONIGHT - THE HAWT CHICK
White wine sawmill gravy (smoked bacon sausage) and our cheese blend get down and dirty with house-smoked Hawt chicken, crispy bacon, and sun-dried tomatoes. Baked ’til bubbling and mean, then hit with crunchy brown-butter waffle bites, chives, and a sticky pour of bourbon-cherry spiced molasses.
